Review a driver pay plan

Before you begin
This training uses fictional records in the actual MTR React interface. Your live screen may vary by permissions and setup. The recording explains preparation and review; it does not demonstrate a successful production save or submission.

Open HR & Payroll
Open the driver profile and select HR & Payroll. Confirm the engagement type and hire date before reviewing compensation settings.

Choose the pay structure
Select the appropriate pay structure and enter the agreed rate. This demonstration shows a 25 percent pay plan. Check the carrier off-the-top fee separately, where used.

Check the effect of changes
Review the Show YTD on settlement option. The screen notes that existing settlements are not recalculated. Validate future settlement calculations after an authorized pay-plan change.

Validate before committing
Check the selected carrier, record identity, dates, amounts and source documents. Resolve missing information before saving or submitting. In this capture environment, all production writes, uploads and email sending are disabled.
