A PLATFORM THAT FOLLOWS THE LOAD

The work doesn’t stop
when the truck does.

A delivered load still needs paperwork, an invoice, payment and a settlement. MTR brings those steps into a connected workflow.

Give dispatch, accounting, safety and drivers a shared picture—with access appropriate to each person’s role and carrier.

MAKE THE EXCEPTIONS VISIBLE

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Want to talk through your specific operation?

Let’s make it practical →
Is MTR just a dispatch system?

No. Dispatch is one part of the workflow. MTR also supports document intake, billing, funding follow-up, settlements, personnel and equipment compliance, driver tools and operational reporting.

Can we upload a folder of driver or truck documents?

Smart Document Intake can classify and extract supported documents, safely update matched records and route ambiguous items for review. Creating a new Driver or FleetAsset requires confirmation. Each file should contain one document type for one subject.

Will automation make every decision for us?

No. MTR uses safeguards and review steps for uncertain matches and sensitive actions. Your team remains responsible for checking records, approving new resources and reviewing submissions and payments.

Can drivers and office staff use different access levels?

Yes. Access is tenant and role scoped. Your carrier can manage user invitations and permissions so people see the workflows and records appropriate to their work.

Does MTR work with our ELD or factoring company?

MTR supports configured integrations, but provider capabilities and setup requirements vary. Tell us your providers during the demo so we can confirm what is available for your operation.

How much does MTR cost?

Request a quote based on your fleet, users, integrations and support requirements. We’ll confirm the scope and pricing before you commit; this website does not advertise a standard rate or free-trial entitlement.

Can MTR replace our compliance or accounting advice?

MTR helps organize records, surface exceptions and prepare information. It does not guarantee regulatory compliance, payment, profitability or the accuracy of source documents. Your team should review outputs and use professional advice where needed.
